Meets all of the following:

• GPA: 2.0
• Financial: Considered to be in financial difficulty and showing great potential for growth
• 12 credits or above

Application process

For enrolled international students considered to be in financial difficulty and showing great potential for growth: full tuition, 2/3, 1/3 or 1/6 of tuition. Conditions: 12 credits or above and a grade of 2.0 or above. The stored rate is the 1/6 floor (rounded down). The guide does not say how to apply.
